Full Service

How long does it take to groom my dog?

Each dog is different, but we typically ask that you plan for 3-4 hours. However, we often have dogs finished more quickly than that and will always call you as soon as your dog is finished. Matting, fleas, and behavioral issues can cause your dog and dogs scheduled after you to run a little behind, so we encourage having a recurring appointment to keep your dog in shape and accustomed to coming to the groomers!

What is included in a full service groom?

The full service groom includes a bath, nail trim and buff, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, brush out, and haircut of your choice! We finish each dog with a bow or bandana and a scented spritz.

How often should I get my dog groomed?

In most cases, we recommend a full groom every 6-8 weeks. This depends on the type of coat and why type of haircut you prefer. The longer the cut, the more frequently your dog will need groomed. Our professional groomers are happy to work out a schedule that works for you!

What is a mini groom?

A mini groom is essentially a groom without shortening the body length. We trim the head, face, feet, tail, and in some cases legs. This is a great option in between full grooms to keep your pup looking fresh.

We provide beds, blankets, and bowls for every dog boarding with us. We ask that you bring their normal food so that we can keep to their normal schedule as closely as possible. This helps minimize stomach issues. We will have an application for you to fill out on your first visit, and we will need to keep a copy of your updated vet records on file.

How often will my dog get outside playtime?

We take the dogs outside at least six times per day between 7am and 9pm, but typically more depending on the weather. Each dog or family of dogs gets their own private playtime.

No, we have 5'x3' rooms for each dog. Each dog also gets 6+ private playtimes of about 20 minutes, depending on the weather.
